Privacy
TJ Michaud's takes your privacy seriously. We do not rent, sell, or share your personal information or email address with other people beyond what is required to process your order.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped according to availability. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. Shipping method is Priority Mail unless otherwise arranged. Back orders - please allow 3-5 weeks. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders shipped outside of the United States. Orders paid by Check will not be shipped until your check clears the bank.

Returns
Returns must be pre-authorized, within 20 days of receipt, and in exact condition as sent. Customer pays all shipping charges - no refunds will be given for shipping. Merchandise refunds will be given at the sole discretion of TJ Michaud, less a 20% restocking fee.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect a 5% Maine State Sales Tax on all order shipped to the state of Maine.
